Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

- Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. 

- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.

- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

- Install and upgrade computer components and software.

Social Skill Requirements:

- Ability to positively interact with others.

- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing using the English language.

Aptitude Requirements:

-Workers must be able to read and write English legibly.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7, 10).

- Strong knowledge of network devices / protocols

- Must be able to learn and retain new skills.

- 1-4 years help desk experience.
