Area Manager

• Responsible for 5 - 7 branches in his region
• Manage the franchising leaders or branches Managers.
• Follow up the requirements of the branches.
• Visit all branches on a regular basis to provide guidance and support to the branch teams.
• Push and validate the daily sales target.
• Set a Monthly scheme for their branches match the marketing expenses.
• Handle the cycle of receiving and returns goods with the provider,
• Measure the policy inside the branches and achieve our values and branding.
• Apply the sales target forecasting from the analysis .
