Responsibilities:
1. Advertise job openings across all channels.
2. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
3. Coordinating interviews.
4. Determine selection criteria.
5. Following up on the interview process status.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
2. +1 year of Experience in recruitment & mass hiring.
3. Must be resident or nearby resident of 6th of October City or Zayed City.
4. Good command of English.
5. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
6. Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
7. Problem Solving and Decision Making.
8. Willing to learn.
