Job Description
Responsibilities
•Organize a filing system for important
and confidential company documents
•Handle customers files and save all
hardware copies
•Send offers or letters to customers by
mail or fax
•Scanning for offers, letters and
sometimes invoices
•Book meeting rooms as required
•Answer queries by employees and
clients
Requirements
•Bachelor degree of administration or
relevant field
•Experience from 3 to 5 years
•Proven work experience as an
Administrative officer, Administrator or
similar role
•Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
•Strong organization skills with a
problem-solving attitude
•Experience with software like MS Office
(MS Excel and MS Word)
