Job Description

Responsibilities

-Manage office supplies stock and place orders.

-Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets with office boy.

-handle the employee’s business lines and business cards.

-Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

-Answer queries by employees and clients and Support all departments in the administration tasks (Sales, HR, Project management....)

-Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.

-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning.

-Arrange travel and accommodations.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

-Experience from 2-3 years in the same role is a must.

-Excellent English language.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint) is a must.

-Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to multitask.

-Honesty and the highest ethical standards

-Positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment

Location: Nasr City, Cairo.

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
