Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Research prospective customers in the target market
• Maintain relationships with current customers
• Understand the company's product offerings, competitors in the industry, and the business' position in the market
• Make calls to leads to identify their business needs and offer them the company’s services
• Research on target client business for maximum effectiveness of sales calls and emails
• Market the company’s services through targeted email to qualified leads
• Ensure the highest customer satisfaction and focus on cross-selling to existing clients
• Keep a daily log of outbound calls and emails to qualified leads
• Collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities in international markets
• Providing information by answering questions and requests
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in English is a must
• Experience 1-2 years in localization industry
• Excellent communication skills
• A team player
• Understanding of marketing principles
• Negotiation skills
