Performs a variety of complexinstallation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and repairactivities on standard manufacturing or facilities equipment or electricalinstallations, typically at a medium to large single site.Works from maintenance schedules, detaileddrawings, sketches, specification, manuals or verbal/written instructions.Locates, investigates and diagnoses complexmechanical or electrical issues.
Organizes and coordinates schedulesfor periodic inspections, preventive maintenance and service to ensurereadiness, safety and efficiency of complex equipment.
Responsible for spare partsinventory, organizing and controlling supplies of repair parts.Maintains records of stocks on hand,suppliers and equipment specifications.
Schedule, train, assign work, checkwork and mentor Maintenance Technicians.Coordinate team activities ensuring team understands operation’sneeds.May assist in estimating laborand equipment costs
Perform any other essential dutiesas assigned.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
College/university degree orequivalent, Two-year technical diploma/degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 – 7 years’ Experience inmaintenance area specific to that supervised, including at least 2-3 years asteam leader
Fluency in both written and spokenEnglish and Arabic.
Position will be based inConditioning Plant (Meet Bera – Menofia – Quesna)
Operations managers and othersupervisors, machinery and equipment suppliers, and service suppliers
