Account Manager Job
Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Build and create strong customer relationships with new clients -Negotiate contracts with clients; establish a solid timeline performance -Work with the sales and marketing teams’ members while being dedicated to the same client’s account to ensure an open communication and that all client’s needs are met -Plan and present reports on accounts’ progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and subject to possible usage in future case studies or company training -Meet all client’s needs and deliverables according to the proposed timelines
*Job Requirements and Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
-2+ years of experience in sales, management, account management, or
-2+ similar role
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and manage more than one account -Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
