Job Description
About the Job:
· Coordinate with all departments to facilitate work procedures.
· Organize meetings and conferences
· Manage agendas/ appointments etc.
· Maintains office files and data backup for future references.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree.
· Very Good command of English both Written and Spoken.
· Good knowledge in Ms. Office.
· Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
· High responsive to emails is a must.
· Presentable.
· Females Only
