Performance and Employee Relations Specialist For LC Waikiki
Job Description
Job Duties:
- To guide and consult the colleagues for employee relation issues in Head Office and stores and make store visits
- To manage and resolve complex employee issues, disciplinary and exit processes in line with Legal and related teams
- To provide performance management guidance and execute performance management process,
- To develop feedback culture and rewarding systems,
- To lead HR projects regarding performance management, employee engagement and satisfaction
- To keep relevant HR systems up to date and ready to produce periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by HQ
Job Requirements:
- University Degree
- Fluency in English Language
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management or HRBP
- Labor Law knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and reporting skills
- No restriction to travel
