Provideconsultative advice to leaders, highlighting issues that require strategicaction and drives organizational change. Work inpartnership with senior leaders to develop and implement HR action plans tosupport the organisation business goals. Leadsalary planning, 360 degree reviews, and provide consultative advice to leaderson developing and rewarding talent. Providedirection while effectively deploying HR programs/policies/practices.Demonstrate ownership for developing and rewarding talent so they align withorganizational business objectives.Implement HR related projects, managing the involvement and direction of the functionalspecialists, as appropriate.Conductlabour market/organization/talent analysis (e.g. organizations upgrade metrics,turnover, performance ratings, exit interviews, etc). Translate organization'sdata into meaningful recommendations for improving productivity, performance,and profitability. Serveas Change Management consultant in assigned organization, planning anddeploying effective change management strategies, communications and trainingin support of major organization change. Contactfor employee relations issues; resolve employee relations issues; mediateemployee grievances; escalate when appropriate; contact re: employeeseparation/legal issues. CoachLeaders to effectively manage their teams and apply all company values,policies and procedures. Leadsuccession management within the client group to identify capability, strengthsand gaps and plan effectively to ensure appropriate staffing that will meetcurrent and future needs. Providecoaching and support to management to support their teams to achieve theirperformance standards.

Qualifications
8+years HR Generalist experience with at least 4 years of HR Leadershipexperience. Mastersin HR, MBA or leadership program graduate is preferred.Demonstrated ability to operate and communicate effectively at all levels.Strategic thinker, comfortable giving consultative advice to senior leaders. Abilityto assess and deliver to differing priorities.Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills. Goodinfluencing and coaching skills with the ability to develop line managers in amatrix structure. Goodconflict and problem solving skills; able to apply creative solutions.Experience of developing HR policies & practices to meet business needs.Experience of change management.Understanding of local employment legislation. PCliterate and numerate – Competent with Microsoft Office suite. Fluentin English and Arabic.
