Align maintenance Processes & Procedures of Suez Depot according to Total Guidelines. Effective Management of Maintenance controls to ensure compliance of group acceptable tolerance Ensure development /update of Suez depot operation manual within his department Ensure full adherence to all Total maintenance operational practices issues and comply with standards. Develop comprehensive assets Reliability & Integrity plan for Suez Depot Updating all document, procedures, emergency plan … etc according to company structure Ensure that Suez depot maintenance team is effectively resourced as per business requirements, and highlight requirements. Contributing to a positive team working environment within his department Ensure staff required competencies development through effective coaching on-job and e-learning tool Enhance and develop depot maintenance team to fit within his role and scope of business Develop individual Job Description for all direct reporters & review the team in scope Develop and agree Annual individual Reviews for all staff within scope Acting as team player, motivating, coaching, and developing site maintenance staff. Ensuring Business confidentiality. Participate and act as team member for all projects in Total Fuel Depot at Suez. Supporting delivery of S&D 2015 agreed business plan “as per Total Egypt scorecards” Following Total code of conduct
