Check all safety devices inside the depot and he is responsible of working with optimum conditions (as explosimeter, fire hoses, fire boxes, extinguishers, safety detectors..etc) Responsible for the complete check of trucks and be sure that it is safe to load. Be sure that everybody inside the depot wearing appropriate PPEs Responsible for the work permits and pre job site meeting with all contractors Safety tour every shift and report any deviation or near misses if any Safety induction for visitors and new employee inside the depot Modify the emergency plan (if required) and send to depot manager for review and approval. Recording any incident and make the required analysis and investigation by CAUSE TREE ANALYSIS and raise the lessons learned to be shared with all staff iside depot. Monthly safety meeting for all workers Review the medicines and safety aids and check their availability and validity
