JP Field Service Engineer (Template)

We are one of the leading providers of process technology and packaging solutions for the Food and pharmaceutical industry. The portfolio includes single units, systems and complete solutions for process technology of sterile liquids and powder processing.

PAEG is a Regional Sales Support Office responsible for North Africa and Middle East countries.

Ø Responsible for a defined sales area for the Confectionary Food products.

Ø Within this area, identify the needs of existing customers.

Ø Conduct contract negotiations with the support of regional offices. Follow-up on payment regulations.

Ø Monitoring of market and customer trends within defined sales area.

Ø Enable and maintain relationship with customers within defined region.

Ø Coordinating delivery of goods, and field service activities.

Ø Assessing customer needs, consulting and explaining goods and services.

Ø Proactive portfolio promoter in consulting extended Value Added Services.

Ø Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction of provided services and help resolving any arising problems.

Ø Reporting to sales management on sales figures and the marketability of goods and services within the region.

Ø Release visits reports on sales activities.

Ø Coordination of Local Field Service Engineers located in the defined region.

Ø University degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Ø Good technical understanding related to the Packaging industry sector is preferred.

Ø 3-4 years working experience in the sales environment.

Ø Preferable age: up to 30 Years.

Ø Excellent customer management skills, strong interpersonal skills.

Ø Excellent negotiation skills. Professional appearance.

Ø Fluent in English language is a must; French basic for communication; German language proficiency is an asset.

Ø Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally.

Ø Ability to handle conflicts and escalations.

Ø Understanding of target deployment and KPI steering; Trustable and self-committed.

Ø Flexible and willing to develop himself. Independent on his daily business.

Ø Willing to travel frequently (60%). Driving license and readiness to travel alone.

Ø Additional assets: clear priority setting, team player.

Ø PC literate with excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferable skills

• Overseas business trip experience
