Supply Chain Coordinator

• To place Purchase Orders according to the purchasing schedule/Customer

  requirements

• Planning delivery timetables

• implement shipping and receiving procedures to minimize the cost

• Communicate with Customers updating them on order delivery Status

• Overseeing arrival of shipments and being in close contact with the factory

• To follow/monitor the Purchase Order until goods are delivered as per

  order requirements

• Any issues (delay, pricing, quality, volume) to be communicated to the

  Supply Chain manager

• Managing, checking and authorizing all relevant order Management

  documentation i.e. invoices, Certificates…

• Prepare monthly management reports as well as analysing statistical data.

Your profile:

• Bachelor in Logistic/Supply Chain

• A highly motivated and positive attitude

• Problem solving and analytics

• Ability to be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear

  and concise manner

• Familiar with Microsoft Office as well as any industry standard computer

  programs

• Planning skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly

• English Proficiency is a must

• Min. 1 yrs of exprience
