Medical Manager/ Advisor
Job Description
Main Tasks & Responsibility
Conduct nutritional assessment of products to provide and translate accurate scientific proof on nutritional aspects of WIN products into appropriate communication materials for HealthCare Professional (HCP’s) and consumers Implement the nutrition and product knowledge training programs for Field staff, Brand Management and advertising agencies, prepare lecture and RTD materials for product presentations to HCP’s and formulate examinations for Field staff Initiate discussions with medical professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) on scientific basis and proof of product concepts Contact, coordinate with health authorities, institutions & Nestle head office to arrange and monitor local clinical trials Identify and work with KOL’s and form an Advisory Board that can review and evaluate promotional materials and advise on matters ranging from regulatory clearances to clinical trials to latest trends in nutrition, pediatrics and O&G Coordinate with key health institutions and medical associations to develop structured training programs.
Job Requirements
2-5 years of experience in a relevent fieldEducational background in MedicineKnowledge of nutrition/pharmaceutical industry practicesClear understanding of customer needsAbility to analyse and integrate scientific data into effective nutrition science communication for consumer-oriented health benefitsA Diploma in Nutrition is a plusAbility to deal closely with contacts and build strong, sustainable relationships
