•Support Pre-sales to win the project in Huawei branch office of Egypt. Achieved the goal of IT products and solution sales order Amount. Sometimes in charge of Key Account Project.
• Doing market insight campaign and supporting to build market strategy in the sector of Egypt IT market.
•Participating in Egypt IT industry event, meeting, summit and sometimes as a speaker build influences.
• Training Egypt Huawei partner’s pre-sales staff in Huawei IT overall solution knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Responsible to develop business opportunities, analyze customer requirements and provide consultation in complex technical environments.
• Establish working relationships with key Business Managers, IT Managers and staff in the customers’ organizations, assisting them to integrate Platform technology (server, system, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud computing, big data analytics) effectively into their various IT environments.
• Take ownership for all Platform technology aspects of the account relationship and management. Translate technical product features, attributes and implementations to meet customer business needs.
• Scope projects, describe project phases and do a high level implementation plan.
• Create RFP/RFI responses, which describe a solution (combination of products and services) to client business problems.
• Discuss potential sales opportunities with Account Manager, and perform technical analysis, Qualifications, Solution Architect and Project Management of potential customer projects.
• Design and conduct Platform product presentations and demonstrations as well as question & answer discussions with the customer’s technical staff at increasing levels of complexity.
• Visits and keep necessary contact with prospects and customers with or without the Account Manager, discuss current and new-release product features and uses.
• Propose Platform’s Support Services and Consulting Services to customers who need assistance to resolve challenging problems and build solutions of demanding complexity. This includes generation of Project Plans (Schedules, Budgets, and Estimates) and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Provide product feedback from customers to Product Marketing and Product Management, and technical feedback to Support in aid of problem resolution and avoidance.
• Manage customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with Platform’s products and services.

Position Requirements ：
1-At least 6+ years experiences as IT technical Pre-sales, in IBM, HPE, EMC, DELL, Fujitsu, NetApp, Lenovo, VMware, Microsoft, or other’s main stream vendor’s
2-Having been the director/Senior IT solution Pre-sales in IT Main vendors, or TOP 5 System integrator, consultant Company in Egypt
1-Full Knowledge in Server/ Storage/ Virtualization/ VDI/ Private Cloud/ HPC/ DR & Backup solution etc.
2-Familiar with main stream vendors Product & Solution technology and advantage/ disadvantage
