Thus we are looking to fill the following position:Your ChallengesInstalling & Configuring Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 & Windows Server2003.Administrate VMware and SAN storage Installing & Configuring Cisco Switches, Cisco IP Telephony.Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet.Handling incoming incidents via the phone / e-mail promptly and effectively.Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues.Escalating issues where necessary to superiors.Investigating and implementing ways of reducing major issue in IT.Ensuring that all issue are captured and entered in the logging software.Updating support documentation.Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environment.Maintain all local IT, networks, servers, Laptops, computers, printers, scanners, and consumables.Manage and resolve issues as part of the IT support teamManage users and group within the Active DirectoryUnder supervision, provide servers backup and restore database servers.Create reports on hardware & consumable status.Troubleshoot issues with the fingerprint machines.Required Qualifications:BSc. Engineering, Good knowledge of Network and related hardware componentsGood knowledge of active directory and exchange. Good communication skills written and verbal, Handworker, team player and fast learner. Certified Candidates with following certifications would be given higher priority.Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) /Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Virtualization essential (VMware or Hyper-V) / VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Or Backup VERITAS Certified Professional (VCP)LEONI processes your application data in an IT-system that is consistent across the company and uses foreign service providers.
