Head of Trade Finance

Job Description

Supervises, coordinates and directs the activities of the unit level established by management.Controls and reconciles, suspense A/C of Trade Finance.Ensures that appropriate action is taked on branch and customers, complaints.Reviews and responds to audit observations related to various units under his control, ensures that corrective action are taken in time on audit comments.Coordinates with the head of central operations in analyzing the department’s problems as and when required.Assists head of central operations staff performance and arranges cross training programs.Ensures proper controls and prcedures are being followed by the staff within unit. Observes the processing performance, average elapsed time.Provides ngoing customers services by regular correspondence, deal with customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions in a timly manner.Ensures that the L/Cs, L/Gs are isued and varified in accordance with the Bank’s policy protecting property of the bank and advantage of clients.Identifies and implement new processing solutions for improving the quality and productivity of Trade Finance services.Supervises the monthly report from branches and sub centralizes of their clients activities in Trade Finance with details.Performs any other related duties as assigned.Qualifications & Skills:

Understand Egypt’s products and services.University Degree.12-15 year experience.Strong Personality. Good communication skills. leadership skills.Good command of both English and Arabic language. Good knowledge of ICC publications
