Responsible for promotion and sales of Video Surveillance and Enterprise Communication market in the North African region, achieving annual sales targets and market share targets.
2. Supporting major projects in Egypt and Region, including customer reception, presentation and workshop, output program planning and design, flexibly provide quotation according to the characteristics of the project, be responsible for the profit.
3. Conducting market insight, opportunity mining, network consulting, and discovery and cultivating clues in target market, and guide customers using Huawei specification and features in their tenders.
4. Empower channel partners and account managers in Huawei, to improve channel partner solution design capabilities and quotation capabilities, especially common solutions, like VOIP, Unified Communication, Video Conference and Video Surveillance.
5. In target market, according customer pain points and industrial trends, formulate corresponding brand strategies, implement brand marketing activities, and enhance the influence of products in the industry.
6. Identify industry trends and current customers' major pain point, improve and enhance the competitiveness of video surveillance solution and enterprise communication solution. Position KPI：Position Key Performance Indicator 1. Supporting to achieve The goal of UC&C products Sales Order Amount goal and growth of business 2. The market insight report in some of regional countries or name account customer. The assess result of you from audience/customer/colleague feedback to, while you as a trainer and event speaker.
Education background Bachelor degree above Work experience l At least 3+ years experiences as UC&C technical Pre-sales, in Cisco,Avaya,Polycom,Microsoft,Axis,Milestone or other’s main stream vendor’s l Having been the Junior/Mid-level UC&C solution Pre-sales in UC&C or Video Surveillance Main vendors, or TOP 5 System integrator, consultant Company in Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, etc. Language l Fluent English is the work essential language. l Some times as a speaker in Summit or workshop by fluent English or Arabic with customer. Professional knowledge 1. Have more than 3 years working experience in video surveillance vendors such as Axis ,Milestone etc. , familiar with the advantages and disadvantage of its mainstream products; Or have more than 3 years of experience in Cisco or Polycom etc. , familiar with the advantages and disadvantage of Cisco or Polycom mainstream products; 2. Understand the principle of video camera imaging, video transmission protocol and video compression technology, familiarize with elements in the video surveillance system.
Or understanding SIP and H323 protocol families, familiar with call control and media processing , familiar with elements in Cisco or polycon enterprise communication systems; 3. Familiar with vendor's channel sales strategies such as Axis or Milestone; Or Familiar with Cisco or Polycot’s channel policies and strategies.
