Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the corresponding team to deliver required performance according to the pre settled company strategic objectives. Ensure implementation of Product priorities and closely manage the Business Unit product portfolio. Monitor market trends, sales & Rx performance, and take corrective actions as required. Identify and exploit new business opportunities. Contribute in setting overall organizational policies and procedures, and insure its implementation within the correspondence Business Unit. Distribute & Forecast sales Target per governorate per region according to the pre settled sales plan. Allocate resources to different regions & centers for optimum results. Control Budget/ activities. Ensure proper targeting and selection process for concerned customers. Coach and manage performance appraisal of Regional Managers, District Managers, and Medical Representatives. Build and maintain good contacts with the key opinion leaders, e. g. Physicians, pharmacists, universities, specialized centers and key accounts. Communicate with different departments within the organization to ensure the proper flow of communication. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Communication skills with high ability of listening, writing and speaking effectively. Ability of controlling and managing multiple assignments and tasks. Interpersonal abilities to keep a good relationship with superior, staff, other departments and customers and manage your time efficiently. Planning/Organizing skills and meeting the goals set.
Creative and efficient problem solving skills. Able to work within a team. Recent and updated knowledge of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Market.
