Business Development Manager, Cairo, Egypt

As a Business Development Manager you will be supporting both global & local division / LBU by leading teams focused on defining and implementing marketing and sales strategies specially aimed at developing into the country power sector strategic projects. Participate in setting the definition of the business plan, annual marketing plans, and marketing strategies according to budget.Your main responsibilities in this role will include: Contributing to both the global & local division/BU strategy definition and executing through the analysis and identification of new strategic power projects & solutions. Analyzing customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market.Ensuring the development of marketing and sales plans for newly defined projects in alignment with the both the global & local division / BU strategy and market.Identifying, leading or contributing to identification and acquisition opportunities to expand into the newly defined area.Identifying partnership opportunities and participating in the definition of partnership agreements.Participating in internal work groups in order to share know-how, processes and market information.Collaborating with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in the implantation of the commercial strategy.Ensuring (with HR manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.As the ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with 20 years’ experience in Profit and Loss. Experience in Utilities/Service industry is preferred. Proficiency in both spoken & written English & French language is required.If you are interested to join our team, apply directly.
