Position: Pre Sales Engineer – Microsoft Azure   Location: Cairo 
Responsibilities
The Pre Sales Engineer coordinates technical pre-sales activities. Transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers.

Deliver Proof of Concepts
Offer post-sales support
Position ourselves as the supplier of choice, grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Provide any technical input needed for proposals
Be able to position and present various product offerings
Account mapping and pipeline management (Resellers, end customers)
In depth working knowledge of TCP/IP v4 and an understanding of TCP/IP v6 
Demonstrable experience in IP routing                                
Understanding of the lower level workings of VPN technologies including SSL, IPSEC and MPLS VPNs                                                          
Has Network and Application Load Balancer knowledge
Comfortable working with hosting technologies including Windows and Linux based server systems, storage systems and data center services
Excellent understanding and deployment experience on MS Azure. Develop Power Shell scripts and ARM templates to automate the provisioning and deployment process
Understanding and experience on virtualization technologies/platforms
Expertise in the below mentioned Microsoft services: ADDC’s, DNS and GPO’s, DHCP, File and Print service
Expertise in Virtualization – “Hyper-V” or VMware
Working knowledge of current security issues and technologies concerning the industry, together with a demonstrable interest in keeping abreast with technical developments in this field.
Design and deployment experience on Email security
Demonstrable experience on Firewall technologies, VPN concepts and implementation
Any or all of the following certificates is required
Certified “Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions” specialist Certified “Microsoft Azure Solutions” Architect Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (Cloud Platform & Infrastructure)
Qualifications 
Knowledge of the following: Sales & Process, Production of RFP’s and technical responses, Production of Bill of materials
Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills
Consultancy skills, combining the ability to seek understand customer issues and requirements whilst delivering solutions that address these.
Facilitation of design workshops
Strong self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
Should be able to work on minimum supervision
Take responsibility and see the deliverables are met   
Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly
Should have a bachelor's degree, and should be fluent in English
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role
