Job Title – Business Development Manager

Role Purpose

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development practitioner to join Infor at a time of unprecedented growth and opportunity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in introducing the Infor product portfolio to medium/large multi-site enterprise here in the Gulf Region. With a background in either - ERP, SCP, PLM, EAM, MES/EAI you will be able to leverage your knowledge to build out new opportunities as well as existing named accounts.

For additional information, visit www.infor.com.     Candidate Profile   Good understanding of Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution industry verticals including: § Understanding a company’s overall business strategy § The process used by executive management to delivery on strategy § The identification of issues and challenges which inhibit the delivery of strategy § Understanding of core business processes and ability to discuss process improvement § Ability to map key executive and process owners to specific business process areas § How to position technology as an enabler of business process improvement § Understanding of the impact of technology on business and process change § And the ability to tie a value and technology proposition to the above



Good understanding of the broad technology landscape deployed across a global enterprise, including: § ERP. EAM, CRM, SCM systems § BI and technology integration platforms in mainly a B2B environment



Demonstrate a clear understanding of a complex major account sales process, including § Account planning and management § Territory and opportunity development § Lead generation § Needs analysis and creating a value propositions § Ability to sell value to the CXO and business process improvement to middle management Main Responsibilities Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure Demonstrate strong personal ownership of business and sales issues Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally at CXO, senior users and partners Strong work ethic Very strong inter-personal communication skill Ability to work across multiple countries and countries
