Receives and relays incoming and outgoing telephone calls for Dr. Home Group, to include scheduling and implementation of multi-party conference calls. Provides directory information to inquirers and transfers calls, as appropriate. Collects, verifies, and enters Dr. Home Group directory information into a computer database. Provides clerical support as required.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Answers and routes incoming calls
Performs database retrieval for directory information.
fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms
Collect, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Apply data program techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Assists callers in identifying needs and then routing calls appropriately.
Answers routine questions about telephone and voice mailbox operation on an occasional basis.
Reports PBX console/computer problems to Office manager
Keeps computer skills current by attending training on new equipment and learning new or modified procedures
·High school diploma or equivalent. With customer service experience
·Proven data entry with minimum two work years’ experience
Ability to speak, read, and/or write English
Excellent knowledge MS office ( Word , Excel , PowerPoint , Access )
Ability to: Think quickly and communicate orally with a variety of callers;
Handle a high volume of calls (e. g. , 12 calls per hour); locate correct and/or unique spelling of names from the database and/or printed directory.
Familiarity with administrative duties, using Fax, printer, scanner, Email.

Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
Performs other office, secretarial, and clerical duties as assigned.
