Job Duties and & Responsibilities
- designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to incidents reported faults by customers
- diagnosing breakdown problems and faults reported by customers to setup the appropriate service restoration aligning with work process and procedures according to TQM standards
- fitting new parts and making sure tools & equipment are working correctly before and after any outdoor activities
- Manage day-to-day activities And Conduct daily report analysis to management board
- carrying out quality inspections for onsite activities
- controlling maintenance tools, equipment and stock
- monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
- dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems reported via any channel
- improving safety policies and procedures
- working closely with specialist technicians ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness before and after any job
- maintaining statistical and financial records
- maintenance activities spare parts management awareness

Qualification & Key skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering
- Work experience 3 years in the field of buildings maintenance activities including electrical, plumping , ACs, Fire system , Security cams, &IT infrastruction is a plus
- Communication, Negotiations English skills
- the ability to lead and motivate others
- the ability to negotiate with, and persuade others
- good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- the confidence to respond positively when under pressure
- People management skills.
