Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all membership sales for inspiring coworking space and social enterprise incubator in WOORK HUB.

Duties & Responsibilities: As a member of the core woork hub team, the Sales lead works closely with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. This position will require a highly skilled sales person preferably with a fitness or hotel related sales background (due to similarity between gym member and coworking sales).

Hospitality experience is a must. The three primary areas of sales are: Individual coworking memberships (monthly dues for access to shared office, like a personal gym) Corporate memberships; and private office spaces Meeting rooms & spaces for events Sales duties: Build sales strategy from the ground up. We have relied entirely on word of mouth and events leads up until now. You would be wholly responsible for the strategy and execution of our sales strategy Fully understand our current demographic and sales leads; may require market research.

Oversee lead generation for sales team through events, partnerships, advertising, media, etc. Maintain and direct training & development of the other staff in basic sales techniques. Establish and maintain an active referral system, including coming up with new ways to incentivize existing members and partners. Specifically reach out to diverse communities to encourage and close membership options curated for those communities.

Generating weekly reports on our membership, sales and marketing programs.
