• implement strategic Sales & Marketing plans that will assist the sales team in achieving and exceeding the sales revenue.
• Oversee report trends and recommend areas of improvement for all aspects of sales department.
• Create, implement and maintain department policy and procedures for sales department and identify automation and process improvement and follow-through to implementation.
• Help the Sales & Marketing Director developing the annual sales plan in support of the company’s strategy and business objectives.
• Manage lead and client tracking, sales processing and database management for the sales Managers.
• Experience in sales management is must
