Learning & Development Prepare training & teambuilding activities budget to ensure that the best trainings are provided within budget.
Identify & collect the training needs assessment tool in consultation with line managers to identify correct training needs and enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Develop an overall/ individualized training and development plan for grades 14 & below that addresses performance gaps in line with Savola strategies and within agreed budget Deploy a wide variety of training methods either internal or external for grades 14 & below Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness for grades 14 & below.
Manage the training centre in all its used tools, facilities and needs…etc.
Coordinate the training operations & logistics with the administration department.
Coordinate the implementation of team building activities thorough the organization Implement Orientation Program (Induction, on Boarding) to ensure smooth on-boarding for all new comers.
Design and prepare materials for conducting internal training courses.
Support the other technical internal trainers in designing technical training materials.
Conduct the internal competencies training courses for pasta employees.
Document all training related forms according to the policies & procedures for grades 14 & below.
Prepare all needed training reports Organisation Development Develop and update the organization job descriptions.
Participate in the implementation of the employee engagement survey and related actions plan.
Develop procedures and systems in accordance with ISO requirements, and ensures that they are documented and in place. Communicate all policies and procedures to employees. Manage the employee of the quarter program and coordinate its logistics with Admin dept. Lead & activate the communication channels between HR & employees. Update the organization structure. Recruitment Participate in screening cvs and interviewing process for grades 14 & below Participate in the documentation of the Recruitment policy. Conduct Exit interviews .
Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in various human resources functions.
