Job Description

【Main responsibility】

1.       Reach the IP Sales order Amount goal (For example: Egypt: 5Million USD, Morocco: 3Million USD, etc….) and increase year by year. 2.       Making breakthrough of named customers and create opportunities in IP business market. 3.       Build stable and long term partnership with main customer’s IP Directors   (Datacom, include Switch, WLAN, Router, Security) sector 4.       Build regional IP expert image and influence of Huawei, increase Huawei partner’s organization’s overall solution sales capabilities. 5.       Participating in international associations/organizations meetings and build influences. 6.       Support market branding actions and industry events.   Position KPI:Position Key Performance Indicator The Sales Order Amount (USD) reach and growth of the business The increase of influence of Huawei in Local IP market industry The ability of IP Pre-sales solution expert accepted by customers    

  【Requirements】

Education background: Bachelor degree above Work experience:    3+ years experiences in IP Pre-sales industry, e.g. in Cisco, HPE or in TOP 5 Channel integrator of Egypt (Like Silicon21…), or consultant company, etc. l Having been the director/Senior IP solution Pre-sales in IP Main vendors, TOP 5 SI, or TOP3 IP consultant Company.    4+years of Key member of leading international organization or association of IP solution sector, with Egypt and Mediterranean Arab States’ influences and recognitions in the industry.   Key contributor in big projects of 1millions+ USD Language (optional):     Very good English is a must, French is better . As speaker of Summit or workshop in fluent English and French. Very good understanding of at least one of the following languages is preferable: Arabic, Chinese  Professional knowledge   :      Full Knowledge in Switch/WLAN/Router/Security solution etc.    Familiar main stream vendors Product & Solution technology and advantage/ disadvantage Professional skills:    Excellent conference speaker    Energetic, Inspiring,    Strong team work ability, excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills    Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment     Strong business acumen    Willing to learn new technologies and business Additional requirement  Willing to be based in one of North Africa Countries (Egypt for example) Working Location:Egypt (40%)/Morocco (40%)/Business trip in North Africa (20%)
