Electrical Engineer (Trainee), 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt
Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer (Trainee), you will be a part of the Electrification Products Division, Business Unit Medium Voltage Products based in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. You will be responsible to support ABB’s business strategy by developing and managing a preferred supply base that enhances ABB’s competitiveness and success of our customers.
Tasks
Your main responsibilities will include the following: Providing effective technical services supporting Medium Voltage AIS activities in 10th of Ramadan premises. Assigning projects for the day to day activities including technical quality including full technical support to Front End Sales team, proposals and project management. Working with different types of people including engineers, construction managers, designers, business managers and others who play a role building up experiences required and preparing him to build up a successful carrier pass in ABB. Performing all the activities related to assigned orders including preparation of drawings, Bill of Material, schematics and mechanical drawings. Reviewing orders in hand in order to be sure that all client specification is strictly followed. Interacting directly with clients, supporting clients in the favor of the company by promoting ABB products. Working in cooperation with design manager, project management and planning in order to evenly load the factory production line, be in control and knowledge of the orders running in hand. Clearing all the related difficulties and comments related to his assigned tasks to release the order for manufacturing. Providing customer satisfaction, collecting and resolving the customer complaints by ABB official tool which is Customer Complaints Resolution (CCRP). Performing techno-commercial studies for selected offers.
Requirements
As the ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor degree in electrical power and machines (5 years degree). Fresh graduates can apply. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages is required. Fluency in French language will be added advantage.
