and sales contracts from issuance of the contract till

delivery and collections.- Review contract details

regarding quality, shipping period, origin,

documents, discharge rates, insurance, etc.- Follow

Signing of contracts with trading dept. and Sellers.-

Follow loading of the vessels with Sellers, send

documents instructions and follow with appointed

agents, review shipping documents.- Coordinate with

Financing banks and Sellers presentation of

documents, payments, receipt of documents, etc.-

Ensure with accounting department that accounts

payable are settled on time.- Prepare lay time

calculations.

Qualifications - Bachelor degree. - Good

communication and negotiation skills. - Must be

fluent in English (both written and spoken).Gender

AnyCar owner AnyExperience 3 - 5 Years.Other Skills

- have positive attitude - Able to work in a dynamic
