You will report to the Country Manager based at Cairo and will join a team full of passion to make a difference. You will be responsible for effective regional coverage and optimize sales execution to attain sales targets. Also responsible for developing and communicating sales plans/strategies/objectives as well as identifying and building rapport with key customers and the dealer network.
Furthermore, Provides direction, coaches and develops sales team of distributor to maximize effectiveness. Runs periodic target setting process and manages progress through pre-defined performance management process based on agreed KPIs. Ensures that sales team follows pre-defined call plan based on Segmentation and Targeting and reviews activity to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts. Develops Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP) together with the sales team for their respective high priority accounts. Drives execution of ASAP plans to ensure maximum effectiveness of call plan. Drives execution of portfolio and pricing strategy as defined by country management Drives tender mapping and bidding process in his region. Develops own relationships with high priority accounts to augment selling effort and negotiates contracts with customers at highest level as needed Gathers and feeds back market information from his sales team to refine Segmentation and Targeting and market and competitor understanding. Recruits and effectively on board new team members. Creates transparency in secondary sales, e. g from dealers to hospitals. Ensures compliance with Coloplast code of conduct at all times.
Qualifications Science or Pharmacy graduate with MBA degree or equivalent experience (e. g. sales rep. With proved proven track record and leadership potential) Successful track record in delivering sales targets Previous medical sales management experience with proven success Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM databases Excellent oral presentation skills Demonstrates drive and ambition to grow himself / herself as well as Coloplast India with a positive and “can do” attitude.
