Quantity Surveyor Engineer for Dunes Construction

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join out team 

*Location:* Waslet Dahshour, 6th of October, Egypt
*Company* : Dunes Construction
*Employment* Type: Full-Time
*Experience Level:* Mid-Level (4 Years)
*Education:* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
*Work Conditions:* Saturday to Thursday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | On-Site

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- Manage project budgets, monitor material usage, and control construction costs.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), tender documentation, and contract terms.
- Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor progress on-site to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
- Handle cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for cost-effective decision-making.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to verify quantities and validate work progress.
- Support contract administration and assist in resolving any contractual disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in a construction environment
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in cost management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment
