Determine the necessary preventive and periodical maintenance plan with reference to equipments instruction books and manufacturers recommendations.

Responsible to update the maintenance data base, that of the software and in the follow-up sheets as backup. Issue the daily maintenance job orders, using the maintenance software in parallel with the follow-up spread sheets. Issue work permits related to corresponding maintenance job orders in coordination with the HSEQ department. Contribute in the study and the launch of new projects or equipments supply in order to specify requirements such that to ensure compatibility of mechanical and electrical components within the plant, also to consider maintenance practices. Directly responsible as the focal points for all Projects tendering, execution and realization. Contribute in the launching of the operating procedures to ensure adequate and proper operation of all equipments in the plant. Monitor the maintenance cost keeping it within the budget limits & time frame. Responsible to set the spare parts replenishment plan and enable alternatives of operating systems such that to raise the plant reliability. Hire and manage all outsourced maintenance services and stay responsible for contracting and operating its providers. Coordinate closely with the production team the maintenance scheduling to ensure maximizing the availability of the plant. Advise the optimum operating condition for each equipment and machine in the plant as to maintain its life time and performance. Responsible for development of subordinates to align & stay up to the level of work evolution by their direct training on their tasks & recommending necessary training plans. Contribute in the preparation of the annual Budget, providing the cost of planned and expected maintenance in addition to recommended investments. While proceeding to fulfill his tasks, ensure that the technical team is adhering and complying with the company procedures & policies. The work location will be in our plant in Borg El Arab (Preferably Alexandria resident )

Profil recherché

University graduate, Mechanical Engineering (Preferably with Electrical and/or Control background). 6 years of experience in operation, out of which 4 years in upkeep Management. Previous experience in the same field is a plus. High sense of responsibility, maneuvering skills, self motivation and well organized. English and HSEQ qualifications are essentials. High planning and analyzing skills.
