Senior Architectural Technical Office Engineer for Upwyde Developments

Responsibilities

Review project contract documents, including time schedules, design drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and specifications.

Update and maintain the shop drawing log, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded before submitting drawings to the consultant for approval. Verify that all architectural shop drawings meet project design and specification requirements.

Identify and prepare RFIs for missing, unclear, or conflicting technical information encountered during construction. Collaborate with the project consultant to resolve technical matters effectively.

Review shop drawings submitted by subcontractors and external vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards. Coordinate the approval process with the project consultant and address any discrepancies.

Participate in resolving unexpected technical difficulties and construction-related problems. Report issues to the Technical Office Manager and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.

Prepare precise as-built drawings at the conclusion of the project and ensure their timely handover to the project consultant for record-keeping.

Ensure all work adheres to project standards, industry codes, specifications, and design instructions. Conduct regular checks to confirm compliance with established guidelines.

Develop detailed drawings for architectural construction items, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all designs.

Collaborate with civil, MEP, and other technical teams to ensure the seamless integration and coordination of architectural drawings with other disciplines.

Conduct regular coordination meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address and resolve technical challenges promptly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

Experience from 5 to 7 years in the same position

Excellent use of AutoCAD as professional.

Experience in the Real Estate Developer as a Technical Office Engineer.
