About The Job We are seeking to hire a Light Current Technician to assume responsibility for all Light Current systems & works with assuring that all relevant assets are maintained well, Responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following: Assemble, install, supervise, and maintain all light current systems including but not limited to Fire Alarm System, BMS, People Count System, Public address, Sound system, Fire Fighting, Access Control, Parking management, etc. Ensures the regular verification, installation, implementation, maintenance, and functionally of the light current systems. Applying and supervising the preventive maintenance required for all stated above assets. Close Monitor and work by hand with vendors and contractors. Inspect light current systems installation, equipment, and components to identify defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Help on planning and scheduling projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports. Implement and support on any light current systems modification, new extensions and amendments with the full studying to the conditions and requirements. Maintain knowledge of relevant materials in warehouse with solving all technical problems concerned with installation, modification and repair of light current assignments. Supervising the facility maintenance and mall engineering service providers, vendors and contractors during shift basis with submitting a daily full reporting. Remain updated with relevant technology developments through ongoing personal development.
About You Minimum Experience: 7-10 years’ experience at least in light current systems installation and maintenance supervisory on retail or hospitality field e. g. Fire Alarm System, BMS, People Count System, Public address, Sound system, Fire Fighting, Access Control, Parking management, etc.
Extensive Knowledge of the design, standard practices, tools, terminology of the light current systems, installations and inspection paper work system, safety hazards beside the ability to make repairs to all available , with planning and supervising the work of subordinates in parallel of performing manual work over extended periods of time.
Advanced understanding of technical terminology related to company profile & services.
Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of soft and computer skills with a good communication and customer focused perspective.
Ability to focus ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements Behavioural Competencies: Have a high commitment level with High communication skills.
