BIM Coordinator 

Qualifications and Experience: 
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with clash detection and resolution.
Knowledge of construction documentation and industry standards.
Experience with virtual design and construction (VDC) methodologies is a plus.
 Language Proficiency Requirements: 
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
