Freight company located in Heliopolis request to hire Logistics operation coordinator

Job description :

• Arrange import and export bookings

• Dispatch orders to overseas agents and offices, drayage, and trucking companies

• Submit shipping instructions to carriers

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

• Assist in rates and quoting

• Provide warehouse with loading documents

• Perform export clearance

• Send pre-advises to destination offices/agents

• Communicate with related parties any exceptions found in freight documents or physical cargo receipt, and report any discrepancies to avoid mishandling of goods

• Contact customers with exceptions to advise shipment status or obtain shipment information

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the export department to ensure customer requirements are met

• Ensure file contains all necessary documents in proper sequence,

• Ensure payable and receivable documents are completed accurately and forwarded within time constraints

• Trace shipment through transit points up to final destination and advice as needed with timely updates

Qualification:

- B.A. Degree

- 4-7 years of Experience

- Dynamic person who can work under stress

- Fluent English.

- Proffered Age : From: 27 To: 35 years

- Computer Skills: Very Good
