Your Job

As an Accountant, you will be responsible to ensure that your treasury is in line with the flow of goods. You will also manage the credit limits in your area.

You will work under the direct supervision of the Credit Control Area Supervisor. You will manage and train a cashier and will be in direct relations with the Sales Representatives.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the recording of all transactions in the ERP, producing weekly and monthly reports and carrying out Fixed Asset transactions when required. As an accountant, you will also participate in physical stocks counts and be accountable for the good functioning of the warehouse documents cycle. Your Skills And Experience

You hold a Bachelor Degree in Commerce with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting position. Your knowledge of commercial laws will be an advantage. You have previously worked with an ERP and are confident using Microsoft applications.

Arabic is your mother tongue and you have a good command of English. You are very well organized and can communicate effectively in a team environment. You perform well under pressure and are willing to continuously learn and develop your skills.

وظيفتك:

يقع ضمن مهام المحاسب مسؤولية ضمان انسجام الخزينة مع تدفق البضائع، بالإضافة إلى إدارة السقف الائتماني في المنطقة التي يعمل بها. وستعمل تحت الإشراف المباشر للمشرف الإقليمي للضبط الائتماني. وستتضمن مسؤولياتك إدارة وتدريب أمين الصندوق وسيكون لديك علاقات مباشرة مع موظفي خدمة العملاء. وتتضمن مهامك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تسجيل كافة المعاملات في برامج تخطيط موارد الشركات، وإعداد التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية، وتنفيذ معاملات الأصول الثابتة عند الحاجة. وستشارك بطبيعة منصبك في عملية الجرد اليدوي، كما تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية حسن سير العمليات في دائرة إصدار الوثائق في المستودع. للمزيد من المعلومات حول منصبك، يرجى النقر هنا.

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

يجب أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة بكالوريوس في التجارة مع خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في المحاسبة. ويفضل أن تمتلك معرفة بالقوانين التجارية، وأن تكون قد عملت سابقاً باستخدام برامج تخطيط موارد الشركات وتتقن استخدام تطبيقات \
