We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Analyst to join our team and help us support data-driven decision making in our Customer Experience department. Someone who is obsessed with detail, but can understand the big picture too. Someone who can communicate ideas across marketing, sales, and ops by telling a compelling story with data.

Job Requirements

* Analytical skills
* Attention to details, being able to spot data errors
* Comfortable with SQL and databases
* Demonstrable quantitative skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently on defined projects
* Curious and comfortable sharing ideas
* Strong academic record with experience in B2B customer behavior analysis is a plus
* Experience with SQL and a scripting language is a plus
* Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to analyse customer data trends
* Create data visualisation and reports in Salesforce
* Proactively make recommendations to business stakeholders based on data and reports
