Social Media Specialist Job

Job Duties:
Managing Social media pages fully from getting them verified, posting on pages and fully be in charge of all Social media pages.
Work on moderation to support users on social media pages with customer service support and in community management by setting a tone to each client.
Be fully responsible on all communications done through the social media pages.
Being responsible to revise the content and designs before posting them on the social media pages.
Responsible on revising all content and designs used in ads.
Working on FAQs for all users inquiries for each client.
Always be updated with social media latest trends, hashtags and post types - must send a weekly update to the rest of the teams with the updates.

Requirements:
1:2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practices.
Able to Prepare Presentations and communication skills.
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)
Knowledge of online marketing channels.
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
