Record all data on the system (customer data and mobile data)
Contact the maintenance department
Contact the warehouse department for price of accessories and spare parts.
Receive money from the customer
Contact the finance department to end all financial issues
Proven customer support experience.
Good command of the English language.
Giza residents prefer.
Client orientation and adaptability / response to different types of personalities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
