  • Selica International is a rapidly expanding, long-standing organization that specializes in Translation and Business Training Courses and Education. We are currently seeking Senior Business Development Executives on a permanent basis for our offices based in Cairo, Egypt. to represent our UK based company from our Cairo Branch.
  • This role is suitable for a candidate operating in a similar sales based role which has given them the ability to develop new business, capitalizes on leads and manages a sales pipeline which will be essential for this position. Previous experience in a similar industry would be desirable.
  • The candidate can expect their role to include the following responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new existing customers
  • Visiting potential customers for new business (since we are targeting the global market, most communications are by telephone and email work ).
  • Acquiring new business from a developed leads database.
  • Manage bookings from clients and update client tracker sheets regularly
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Managers, supporting clients and offering solutions
  • Ensure product knowledge is of a high standard to enable effective delivery to clients
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • Give administrative support to Sales Managers and Account Managers which support client growth activities
  • Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing job requests
  • Ability to both create and close opportunities over the telephone.
  • Previous results around a targeted role showing first-class ability in a business to business sales role.
  • Creative and able to generate ideas to help grow and develop the proposition.
  • Ability to focus on both short-term goals and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Ability to perform confidently in client-facing situations as required.
  • Potentially participate in training new sales staff.
  • Apply our organization strategy.
  • Manage the sales team to achieve the target
  • Prepare and manage sales and marketing plans.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
  • Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
  • Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Help other sales people in the art of selling
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
  • Evaluate the market and competitors.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic
  • Searching and dealing with mega projects.
  • Open new markets for maximizing client potential in designated regions inside Cairo and different governorates inside Egypt.
  • Persuading clients and visiting them that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education and required measurements to offer the most reliable solution.
  • Working on after-sales support services and communicate technical back up as required.
  • Preparing reports for GM and keeping customer records.
  • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
  • Communicating with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
