We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide field technical support to our customers, mainly by on-site visits, or through other methods if necessary, such as; face to face, phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.
Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service.
Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively
BS. Electrical or mechatronics.
1-3 years of experience
Very good command of both written and spoken. English.
Must own car
