About The Job
We are hiring a Store Manager for our Guess store. The Store Manager will be responsible for selling floor leadership with overseeing the customer experience, training and development of the store staff, leading by example and maintaining the store standards on the selling floor and stockroom, and act as second in command assisting the store manager in the overall running of an individual store and control company assets by meeting all loss prevention measures (consistent management of inventory, in- and out-bound stock movements, sales, returns,exchange,storemaintenance,etc).
About You
You should have a bachelor's degree in business or any relevant major. You should also have a minimum of three years experience as a Store Manager and can lead a team and develop them. The Store Manager should be able to handle multiple tasks and act with integrity and respect and meet/exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink and conversion as well as executes strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses.
